Please help my dear friend

My Friend Juletta Arshafyan has serious health problems. Recently , she has been diagnosed with Acute myeloblastic leukemia. She has already passed 2 courses of chemotherapy but there is still need for future treatments. They have financial difficulties and are unable to provide the next course of treatment. They are in debt from the 1st two treatments and are at the end of their rope.. Please help this amazing woman beat this. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much
