Help Daisy Get Testing/Treatment at AU

Donation protected
Christmas Day, Daisy began to develop at slight limp in her back leg and we immediately went to the vet where she had xrays done and arthritis/pain medication given.
For the first few days, the medication seemed to help. She was walking a little better and we even went and picked her out two new orthopedic dog beds so that she could rest comfortably.
*Picking out her new beds :)

Within 2 weeks, she began to limp in her front leg too and it suddenly got to the point where she could barely walk without falling over or keeping her balance. We went back to the vet where bloodwork was done and was found to have some kind of internal infection going on. She was put on 2 antibiotics and another injection to help the pain. I knew my Piggy was in pain... She wouldnt leave her bed and could barely lift her head when I talked to her, she would just wag the tip of her tail. We have been carrying her everywhere, hand feeding her, and it has been difficult for her to use the bathroom. I decided we needed to go straight to Auburn University with her... if anyone could figure it out, hopefully it would be them! Yesterday we were at the Auburn University Small Animal Clinic from 11am-7pm where several doctors and a neurology specialist examined her and sent out at few blood tests (we wont know results for a few days). The specialist told us that what she has going on is not arthritis, but is something complicated seeming to be going on with her nervous system and seems to be in her neck/head area. All 4 of her legs are going lame and painful....and that back leg now has no deep pain feeling in it anymore. The muscles and deteriorating. The Doctors highly recommended having a full panel of testing done on Daisy ASAP which includes an MRI (estimate $1,200), spinal tap, muscle/nerve biopsy, urine analysis, spinal xrays, and bloodwork/testing for diseases ($1,650-$2,150).

We are willing to do whatever it takes to get her better again, and although I don't like to do it, I will swallow my pride and ask for donations to help her. We have also applied for carecredit. Daisy has had a HORRIBLE life before she was rescued and she doesn't deserve this... she is so special to me, the best dog that anyone could ask for! She was the dog to make me fall in love with the Pit Bull breed. She was my first "Foster Failure". She is accepting and loving of ANY foster pet that I rescue and bring home. She has several years left in her, and I don't want to have to make any decisions to change that just because we are not rich and do not have the money to save her.
PLEASE, if you can every $1 will help.... atleast we could get SOME of the testing done, if not all. Even if you can't donate, if you could share her donation link to your Facebook pages that will help.

Here are a few pictures of my baby:
Daisy on the day I rescued her from Death Row at Columbus GA Animal Control. They were walking her back to kill her when I arrived at exactly 10am when they opened to adopt her! She was the most depressed thing I'd ever seen... emaciated, over-bred, and dying from heartworms (which were treated). She was even scared of the TV when I brought her home:

She loves all of the other foster dogs and cats I bring home:
