Hi!
My name is John!
I am an artist trying looking for funding to keep my work going. In 2013, I went out of my way to try and exclusively spend as much time as I possibly could doing my artwork. Such a feat did not come easy, as I live and work in pain from a ruptured disc and a displaced disc in my back, and also had a price tag of its own as it created financial difficulties. I worked on, I think, around 100 canvases, some 40 which remain unfinished. Below are some of the fruits of my labors from 2013. If you think my work is worthy enough, then please help me fund an OLYMPIC year in art where I can solidly focus on creating only paintings. The amount asked for in this request will fund ONE year of pure art which includes monies for costs of fabrication, art materials, overhead, and help offset living expenses. Ideally, I would like to rent a separate studio for all that work but then the cost would be double so I will continue working in my kitchen. Any and all proceeds from the campaign will go exclusively into paintings and I will post all works made to my FB page for you to see what you have helped create!
