On behalf of Kerry, Nick and Luke, we want to thank you all for your continued well wishes and concern for Joe’s health. We greatly appreciate the many generous gifts of meals, flowers and help with chores around our home. Your support has been invaluable and deeply moving. As we continue to assess Joe’s progress, he has steadily moved in the right direction, and his Doctors are now hopeful he will be moved to a rehabilitation care facility in two weeks. This is of course wonderful news for his recovery. But it also means that he will be on long term disability with greatly reduced income and medical benefits. Our current medical insurance benefits will fall short of what we anticipate Joe’s medical expenses to be. Some of you have expressed interest in helping as we cope with Joe’s mounting medical bills.
