Help Me Give Back to my Mom

Hello! I am a 20 year old college student. My mom's birthday is coming in January, and though it's only October, I want to get her something amazing. She is the most generous person I know. She is a lover and the only person I know to care for total strangers and support everyone in her life thick and thin. She deserves the world. I would like to get her something extravagant as a birthday/thank you gift for all that she's done for me, but being a student Ive unfortunately only been making enough to support my education and car payments.
