Unarmed Selwyn Hall Killed by JSO

On Wednesday April 26, 2017, 57 year old Selwyn Hall was shot and killed at his resident by Officers of the Jacksonville Fl Sheriff Department,
Mr. Hall was unarmed and begging for his life as these Officers had already beaten and choked him to the piont they had busted his head!
The Officer at point blank range open fire shooting Mr. Hall once in the chest, Mr. Hall begged for his life by saying please don't shoot me again I have done nothing wrong, the Officer then open fire, this time firing multiple shots into the chest of Mr. Hall!
