Help Desperate Family Avoid Foreclosure

Hi, my family's house and my childhood home is at risk of foreclosing and we need all the help we can get. My family has been really struggling the past few years ever since my dad lost his job after the recession. He tried to get back on his feet but is suffering a hindering illness. I recently became the first in the family to go to university and I've been doing my best to help but it's hard to do being 320 miles away from the only home I've ever had. They only have two weeks to come up with $5,500. My family has tried pulling out loans and other resources but nothing has come through, this is our last resort.
