help mini with her heart issues

Hello,
My name is Veronika. I am 25 and am a bookseller part time. 12 years ago my late mother let me get a chihuahua puppy we named Mini because she is so small. A few years later my mother got terminally ill and passed away June 2010. I moved in with my God parents at age 16 to a new city, new school and culture with only my little dog from my old life. She has saved me and kept me sane.
In 2017 I was diagnosed with epilepsy and had to pause my studies to focus on my health and therefore live at home and work about 20 hours a week.
Mini is now a senior dog and I was recently informed that she has a pretty bad heart murmur that needs to be evaluated. I do not have the money for the tests and my family is very low income while my 71 year old uncle works 6 days a week and my aunt is retired. I need $800 for Mini heart to be evaluated soon, and I am worried because she coughs a lot every day. I took her to the ER May 8th and that alone was $165. I understand these are hard times but if you have any money to spare to help give my dog a chance at a few more years of life it would mean the WORLD to me and my family.
