Madeline Spalding

My niece Madeline Spalding was attacked by three vicious pit bulls while riding her bike the dogs knocked her off her bike and was dragging her down the road when neighbors came to her aid ....she sustained serious injuries to her arm and foot and will have to have skin grafts on her foot and possibly some surgeries ....she was very traumatized and shaken... her parents have come to the aid of others many times I'm sure this will be a very expensive ordeal and there is no insurance. Please help.if you can thank you.
