Help Bethany Get Her Kids Back.

Thank you for viewing our story.  Right now my wife Bethany Dame is at risk of losing her two children in a custody battle that has been waging for over a year. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your donation  Here is the rest of our story... March of 2017 Bethany filed a complaint with the Heath, TX police department about her ex-husband. Lauren Butcher was the assigned case worker to which she would later find out that she had an affiliation with her ex-husband, and his family.  When Ally was taken to the doctor she was scared to be examined the doctor recieved a call from Lauren Butcher, and all of a sudden no longer wanted to do a comprehensive exam. The Heath police department held off on a forensic interview with Ally for several weeks after the incident. By the time they had gotten around to it she was so traumatized by all of the poking and prodding by CPS that she no longer was comfortable speaking about it and just wound up in tears. Her ex-husband was later taken off the hook for this due to lack of evidence. Fast forward to June of 2017 Bethany had put Ally and Michael to bed at 9pm. At around 4am Bethany heard a loud crash. When she rushed into the room she had found Michael had been playing and pulled a wooden kitchen playset down on him  Bethany immediately picked him up and iced his face and consoled him. The next day when Michael woke up there was a large red mark on his face from the playset fall. Later that day the father asked to pick up Michael (keep in mind he hadn't wanted to see him in months). When the father arrived Bethany explained what had happened and the father said no problem and went on about his way. That same night Bethany got a text from the father stating "just like you had to cover your bases now I have to cover mine". Later that day she had a knock on her door with CPS wanting to take away her children. Once again it was Lauren Butcher who just so happened to divulge her affiliation with the Reeds through a known motorcycle gang the cossacks. She removed Michael, and put Ally on a safety plan.  Fast forward a few months the father has deployed to Africa on a peace making mission. Bethany has now been berated by CPS about her mental health. They have made her come out of pocket to attend classes to deal with the issues they deemed unfit. January rolls around and CPS has now denied bethany her visitation with her  children (illegal), and the ex-mother in law who now has the kids has denied her visits as well.  Fast forward to July. We believe Bethany has completed all needed courses and is ready to step up to a court. We get our paperwork together and file our motions. We have our court date set for the 8th of August. We show up dressed to the gills. Only to find out the judge won't even see us. Turns out CPS put more classes for her to complete and the DA decided to push a criminal case against her. We are at a point where we have the potential to our children to this. We havent seen them in 9 months and are to the point of exhaustion.  Now we are at the point where we have two attorneys to pay. We need to retain our criminal attorneys  and pay them for the court hearing  coming up this will be a grand total equaling 9500 dollars. We are trying to get the money together however with my current switch in employment and our sons birth we are in a tough financial spot  any donation is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
