URGENT SURGERY NEEDED for my Wife

As many of my friends and family know Kylie battled a life threatening virus Swine Flu in 2009. Spending 4mths in hospital and 2mths of that in ICU, Kylie was left with many residual complications that she still battles daily. One is the huge risks of clots. Strong daily medication is needed to prevent clots. Acute sleep apnea has now become life threatening. Kylie tests have shown the severity with her breathing actually stopping so many times when she sleeps that sleep is no longer restful. This is further complicated with a multi nodule goiter that is putting huge pressure on her throat. This needs removal but due to Kylie's current health it is to risky. Upon discussion with Kylie's many specialists, the best action to prepare for this surgery is laparoscopic weightloss surgery. This will allow rapid weightloss and as it's keyhole surgery, the risk is minimal. This surgery is not covered by medicare. As we are still battling the effects of loosing our business and house in 2008, we are not in the financial position to fund this procedure. I have applied twice for early release of superannuation but it has been rejected. So i swallow my pride and am asking for support and help. The kids are still heavily dependent on Kylie, especially James with special needs. This procedure needs to be done before xmas and at a cost of $22,750 it is out of our reach. Once this is done, then Kylie will by operated on which hopefully will be covered by the public system. I will be forever grateful for any help you can offer.
