Eta Pi Chapter House Fund

We had our home inspection, the house has good bones! There are some minor repairs needed on the inside but the roof needs to be replaced. We have the money to make the purchase and have some left over to cover the mortgage for a couple months. We are trying to raise money to repair the roof and give us a little cushion if we needed to make a major repair. Next up is the appraisal
