Help Pluto To Overcome This

Hi, my name is Marissa. I am the sister of this sweet little boy. My family and I just moved and in the midst of moving we had to unfortunately deal with Pluto fighting an intense illness that is still completely not diagnosed. We initially brought him to our regular vet and after spending the night in care we soon learned he was in kidney failure and deteriorating quickly. It came to a complete shock to my family because he was a happier energetic puppy like boy 2 days earlier. My mother and I rushed there to take him to the Long Island Vet hospital in West Islip. We truly thought we would lose him and we’re scared to lose precious time with him, however after spending 4 night and 5 days at this hospital he regained strength and pulled through. His kidneys showed improvement and he showed signs of healing. He still wasn’t eating so they had to feed him through a tube. Without that nutrition he wouldn’t have got so strong. After many nights of waiting hours to see him and be with him in the ICU at the hospital we were so glad to received the news that he could finally come home to us and be with his doggy sister again who also missed him like crazy. On Saturday Pluto was happy to come home. Late Saturday Pluto wouldn’t eat and began throwing up and becoming very restless. My family and I didn’t sleep a wink that night. After become almost lethargic and falling to the ground we had to rush him back to the hospital again. He remains there now and is still trying to fight. This has been a lot of stress and emotional grief on our family. We have not even unpacked a box nor have had a meal as a family in over a week. We are a complete mess. It’s such a torn feeling being told your dog will make a full recovery and is still feeling this way. All we want in the world is to help him and keep allowing him to fight but with that comes expenses. After spending almost 8 nights in the vet receiving 24 hour care in addition to all the tests my family is in over their heads in bills. Almost 10,000 in vet bills my parents have already maxed out there pet care care card which allows them to pay off be bill in 6 months interest free so the rest they needed to charge or pay up front. My parents don’t know I’m doing this but I see the stress and feeling of desperation on them. I wish there was some way I could help and this is the only way I thought I could.
