On January 7, 2014, four members of our U.S. Air Force perished in a devastating helicopter crash in North Norfolk, England. They and the helicopter were stationed at RAF Lakenheath. Whatever money that is collected will be divided up equally between the four families affected in hopes to cover any monetary loss they may suffer. Please help and donate now. Every little bit helps.

**This is a private fundraiser and is in no way endorsed by or affiliated with the U.S. Air Force.**

This hit close to home for us. My best friend, Lisa, and her husband, Dan, are stationed at Lakenheath. Thank you to all of you for your sacrifice and service to make this world a place where I can safely raise my children. Godspeed to the families and colleagues of the fallen.

Nearly $25,000 in just 2 days! God works wonders in tragic situations. The sense of community and support here has been tremendous. Our God is good, always! Even when at times it seems he isn't present he ends up showing up in big ways! God bless these families, and may they begin to heal from this in time .

As retired Rescue, events of this week have been consuming our thoughts. As hard as it is, we have been so touched to be watching this outpouring for our Rescue "families." We knew/know some but we love and admire all. TOML: Honoring the honorabletoday and always. Thank you for your sacrifice. And thank you, Caitlyn, for giving those of us no longer active to give back. This site demonstrates the literal definition of awesome.

Sending an extra load of prayers to the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives in service for us and for all those serving at RAF Lakenheath. My daughter and son-in-law just arrived at RAF Mildenhall six weeks ago and I can't even imagine the depth of loss felt by these families. A grateful Air Force Mom.

My heart goes out to the families of those who lost their lives. I was fortunate enough to live at RAF Lakenheath when my dad was stationed there from 1986-1990. It saddens me that this tragedy occurred at one of the many places I have called home.

We were both ever so sorry to hear of the totally tragic accident of the 48th FW Pavehawk helicopter recently in Norfolk, and we would just like to offer our sincerest and heartfelt condolences to the aircrew involved in the tragic accident and also to their families and loved ones. We will always consider our American friends our good neighbours and allies and long may that friendship continue!
