Please Help Me Get My Dog Back

My roommates took my dog to the pound while I was gone. Unfortunately the shelter does not want to give her back unless we pay the $125 fee. We are fighting and fighting and it was very unfortunate that my roommates did this to me. I only need $125, nothing more. I thank you to those who have donated and I wish I could give you a gift but I can't think of anything at the moment. We do have proof that she is my dog but the shelter refuses to give her back.
