Help Chin Reconstruction Sr. M

Donation protected
Hi My name is Paul McNulty and I am a Spanish Teacher at Madison Simis Elementary School. I teach grades 1-4 Spanish and the whole school knows me as Sr. M.
This summer 2018 I developed skin cancer on my chin while I was visiting my mom in Pennsylvania. In just a couple of weeks it had turned into a tumor the size of a golf ball. I had it removed on July 19thy when I returned to Phoenix.
However, this skin cancer is/was extremely aggressive and fast growing. It came back and my whole chin swelled up and I was in a lot of pain. I dealt with it for a few weeks until I was referred to a specialist who performed the Mohs Procedure on me on August 20th. It removed about 90% of the cancer, but it had reached my jawbone.
Now I have surgery scheduled for Wednesday August 29th at Banner Good Samaritan to do the bone surgery. (Update: Surgery at Banner has been cancelled and I will now be going to Mayo Clinic. Surgery date to be announced.) I will also need a surgery to reconstruct my chin, of which little remains after the Mohs Procedure. The hospital is already asking for money I don’t have. I would truly appreciate anything anyone could donate toward the medical costs.
My only source of income is my teaching job and right now I am out on Family Medical Leave and I have accumulated about 42 days of paid time. After those days are used, I will have no income. I am praying that all of this will be over before my time is all used up.
I thank you for any help you can give and all prayers and positive thoughts are appreciated. God Bless.
