Crepe and Cream Of Panama City, FL

We are Chris and Liz. We are recent empty nesters that moved to Panama City just over a year ago. Both of us fell in love with the Historic St Andrews area, and we have made a lot of local friends. One of the things that we did miss from moving, was a local creperie that served fresh savory and/or sweet crepes. I started my food service career as a professional chef and have worked the last 15 years in management. Moving to Panama City has reawaken my culinary spark. With the help of some friends, we tested the market for crepes and decided it would be a hit. So I built a food trailer. The trailer is complete, but we need help to finish our licencing, insurance, small wares, and an openning inventory. We plan on opening in September 2018, and we will be on or near Beck Ave.
