PLEASE HELP me Keep my home

Hello, thankyou kindly for reading this. My life changed forever in a heartbeat,when one sunday , I had an injury which crushed my C/3/C6, and shattered my right leg,being repaired with titanium rod and screws. I was fit,healthy,and strong,which Dr's said saved my life as it was touch and go due to complications. I worked 2 jobs as a Nurses Aid,I loved looking after people,especially the lock down dementia section.A mum to 2 fantastic children who have been going through so much mental anguish,it kills me,as I was always involved in everything they were doing and keeping them fit,healthy and strong also.
Getting to the point,this is hard for me to do as I have never asked for help,being a private,hardworking girl,but my now ex partner swindled me out of the property we were buying by only putting his name on the mortgage (I was heavily medicated and didn't have the mental capacity to know what he did) he was quite happy to keep using my money ect to fund his lifestyle,until last year when I started to say no,he then moved out,my kids and I have lived here for 5yrs,iv'e put a lot of money into improvements just for my disability and he's been having real estate agents harrass me that he wants it sold,so my solicitor's fee's are mounting and I can't afford any of it,the stress is sometimes overwhelming,he  moved to a waterfront property with a woman he'd been having an affair with ,and earns good wages and he can work till he's 75yrs,I have no super (it all went into the purchase of home) he has no morals or empathy, he just wants money,my mental health and wellbeing is a huge factor in this as I know every square inch of this place and it's all iv'e known since leaving the hospital,HE HAS RECENTLY DELIBERATLY LET THE MORTGAGE GO INTO ARREARS AND NOW UNLESS $12,000 IS PAID BY THE 27TH FEBUARY THE BANK WILL FORECLOSE, DUE TO MY DISABILITY MY KIDS AND I HAVE NOWHERE TO GO ,I'M ALSO BOOKED IN FOR A VERY DELICATE OPERATION ON THE 15TH FEB  I'M DESPERATE AND NOW BEGGING FOR HELP 















please if you can help me even just to share this with all your friends and then their friends ect the domino effect...
