So this is what Kim and I are looking for your help with at the moment:

Hello friends,
We currently have a classroom that provides English and IT classes to about 150 children. We host all of our classes in the cow house on our property. That means that we have dirt floors sometimes with scattered cow poop. As you can imagine, with so many students in such a small space, sometimes sharing with cows, the conditions can be less than ideal.
Our goal is to build an official school for underprivileged children in Cambodia.
We want to create a free and fair education to all students of every socio-economic class. Unfortunately, many of our English students also struggle with reading and writing in their native language, Khmer.
Therefore, at our school we would like to teach Khmer, Information Technology, Life Skills, Agriculture and English.
However, in this area there are only 60% of children who can properly go to school. The other 40% cannot go to school because they don’t have transportation, money, or proper living conditions.
Many families need their children to stay home to help them make money. They have public school but each class has around 50 students to one teacher with a limited capacity. The public schools teach little English or Computer Skills which are both important for job success or job placement after school.
Computers are not introduced to students until high school, and even then there are far more students than computers.
For many, private schools are out of the question, and even with public schools, it is hard for students with little money to succeed: students must have self-provided uniforms, students drop out because of lack of understanding and shame, and teachers hold private classes after school where they teach information that they withheld during regular school hours for profit.
Furthermore, we are looking for assistance wherever we can find it to help build a brighter future for the Cambodian children. ....

This Go Fund Me post is specifically to get the concrete floor done for USD475.

By all means feel free to contact Kim directly or check out his Facebook presence.  He’s an enthusiastic, action oriented man who is passionate about making a difference in his own country.
