Adaptive equipment

My name is Annabelle Jeffs! My parents adopted me from China 5 years ago. I am in a wheelchair permanently due to complications with my knees and quad muscles are not developed. I recently got my learners permit and I am running out of time to get my drivers license because I do not have adaptive equipment for the truck that my parents brought for me. My dad sold his truck to get a smaller truck for me but the fund is unavailable for the adaptive equipment. They are putting in hand controls in two weeks. Wheelchair lifts are really expensive.
