Jack has loved motorbikes from a young age, starting out on a minimoto, progressing from fun days out doing motocross and a little club competition to, eventually, persuading his dad to give him a shot at road racing with ThundersportGB in 2014. He has always performed well in his physical endeavours, practising martial arts for many years and progressed through local competition to nationals before getting selected and competing as part of the ITF England Taekwon-Do team in 2 European and one World championships. This seems to have prepared him well for dealing with, and rising to, the challenges of competition. Jack achieved his first win at Donington on the 11th April 2015 and finished on the podium in all 4 races over the weekend! Check out his blog for more info about every round at: www.jacktynan.com.
In the 2015 Thundersport 500 championship Jack only managed to compete in 20 out of 34 races due to a broken leg and collarbone, but still managed to gain enough points to be placed 7th overall for the season out of 48 placed riders!!!
In 2016 Jack is competing in the Aprilia RRV450 GP Championship withThundersport GB. http://www.thundersportgb.com/ and preparing 2017
