Jack Destroying Himself Over 70.3m

I’m going to France in August for Ironman Vichy 70.3 triathlon. It’s likely to be searing heat and I’m likely to be utterly destroyed after it, even in spite of my cool bike. On the upside, I’m hoping to raise money for Voices for Down Syndrome Galway, so that they can have proper facilities primarily for speech and language therapy for children with Down Syndrome in Galway, something that can obviously make such a difference to lives, but for which no Government funding is given in this case. So please help, all donations gratefully accepted, and I will think of you as I wilt while running myself into the ground in August. Thanks a million, Jack
