Patrick Simpson's Unfortunate Event

My name is Patrick Simpson and my family and I could use your help!
I will start by giving you a quick back story to my unfortunate events. 
At the beginning of May, I ended up going to the hospital due to not feeling well.  The physicians decided to admit me to the hospital. To make a long story short . I now suffer with High Blood Pressure, Type 2 Diabetes and Heart failure ( heart is functioning at 20-25%).

I am now on 7 (pricey) medications and injections and have to wear a life vest (portable heart defibrillator).  Due to the severity of my heart failure the Cardiologists have put me out of work for the time being while we work on options to strengthen my heart.  As you can imagine this unexpected issue has put quite the strain on my family.

My spouse Malinda does work but unfortunately her income alone can not sustain the bills, groceries, house/car payments and the newly occurred expenses of the hospital stay, prescriptions, life vest and the copays which are all quickly adding up.

This fundraiser is to help pay for the medical bills and have a few worries ( bills,groceries) relieved. While my family and I are going through this difficult time.
