Kittty Vet Bills

I had to take my cat to the vet last week, and today they told me I could come pick him up. When I dropped him off last week the vet and I agreed I would give him the $1,000 I had for treatment when I picked him up, and then make payments to finish paying every time i get paid. When I got there today to pick him up, the vet screamed at me, wouldn’t give me my cat, and told me if I don’t come up with the rest of the money today he would euthanize him. (I have contacted the police and local authorities, but that doesn’t mean he won’t kill him before something happens.) I’m just heartbroken.
