Command Masterchief Vernon Ray Bissell, a loving husband, father and friend to all who knew him; lost his battle with cancer May 27th 2018 at 11:48 am. He will be remembered by his laughter, big heart and even a little stubbornness. He is survived by a loving wife, daughter, three sons, sister and mother. We're asking for help with final expenses for the family.
