funeral arrangements for my wife

My wife StacyAnn Lott passed away unexpectedly on Friday evening. I was out getting groceries and picking up her prescriptions when I came back I found her face down on the floor and unresponsive.  I performed CPR and did chest compressions, but nothing worked.  The  EMTs came and worked on her for about a half hour, but her condition remained critical. She was pronounced dead at 6:45 pm.  they left her on the floor after they pronounced her death, for about 4 hrs until the medical examiner came. we are currently living in a shelter and had plans on moving back to England, but life took a drastic turn in events, so I'm alone without my soulmate. We just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in March. Now I am trying to make her funeral arrangements without any money, please help me lay her to rest respectfully, peacefully, and properly.
