robbed in spain

we checked into our hotel in valencia and thought we should go buy some food so we went out for dinner. we were gone for an hour and when we got back my bag was unzipped on the floor with everything left in it EXCEPT MY BABIES my canon 5dmkiii with sigma fisheye and my 17-40mm lens were gone AND my brand new olympus trip 35mm film camera. the hotel were really rude about it and wouldn’t let us get the security footage which seems super suspicious in my opinion :( my insurance apparently only covers $600 per item and lenses count as part of the camera. all up i think i lost around $3500 worth of stuff if not more. anything would help it’s greatly appreciated ❤️
