Mitch Davis Funeral Fund

Sunday, May 6th 2018 an unexpected tragedy happened. Mitch Davis never woke from his sleep. Mitch Davis was born in Des Moines, IA July 28th 1982. Growing up, he always had a love for art which turned to love of tattoos. With the passing of his mother, Mitch decided to go to college and got a degree in engineering. After several years of being a mechanical engineer, designing fire sprinkler systems for commercial buildings and not loving it, he decided to stop into Lucky Gal in Des Moines Southside and asked for an apprenticeship. They said unexpectedly said yes, thus Mitch quit his job as an engineer to tattoo full time. "Do what makes you happy. You'll never work a day in your life." After a fast track crash course in tattooing, Mitch was tattooing in the public. Mitch had been a tattoo artist for many years. He last worked at The All seeing eye tattoo Mitch lived for traveling and trying new things. He was always seeking for a new adventure. Mitch was loved by many and will be missed by all. Mitch is survived by his Three children Avie 18, Corbin 15, Dean 10. Mitch will live on through his children and his artwork.
We are needing help to raise funds to cover getting Mitch back to Iowa and to help cover his funeral costs. Anything that may be left over will go to his children.
