Help for baby Alexandra

Donation protected
My dearest friends, people I know and people who just have big hearts and willing to help!

Before you will start reading about our little girl's life story, let me tell why i am doing this for her. First of all, let me introduce myself. I am Tetiana Smorenburg. I was born and raised in Ukraine.  At the moment I live in the Netherlands. I met Galina and her big and friendly family years ago and have seen how difficult it was for all of them to fight for their baby's life.
Galina, the mother of 3 year's old Alexandra is one of my good friends who lives in Ukraine and desperately needs our help to save her little daughter's life.  She does not speak English and  does not have any more friends abroad but me... that is why I am here to ask all of you for help!  One more thing I wanted to inform you about is that first all the money will be send to my bank account (this web site does not work with Ukraine) and once a week money will be transfered to Galina's Ukrainian bank account. In the end of January I will add a transactions document on this web site. So you all can see that money were send to the mother of Alexandra.

Kind regards,
T. Smorenburg

Alexandra (Sasha) Alafardeeva. With the first breath this little angel began her struggle for life. The story of this little girl can’t fail to touch even the most callous heart. She's a little fighter, but she can’t win without our help.
Prehistory: On the 39th week of pregnancy the Sasha’s mother had an urgent cesarean section due to the sudden onset of severe bleeding. The mother suffered a great loss of blood and the baby swallowed a lot of blood. After the baby was checked by cardia…c surgeon, she was immediately taken to Kiev in "The Scientific and Practical Medical Center Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery" without a mother. Galina was still recovering after a complicated surgery and was unable to accompany the newborn daughter.
Sasha already had two more heart surgeries. In December 2013 she was in a hospital for two weeks in Odessa with pulmonary edema. At the moment the baby is being treated. In November 2015 Alexandra had a surgery to replace the pulmonary artery conduit. At the moment she is in Kiev on special treatment. In February 2017 cardiologists are planning a new operation, called balloon dilation.
Ukraine doesn’t have any stable insurance system which is clear that Sasha’s mother has to cover all expenses herself. The only problem is that family with 6 kids is off their financial limits. That’s why we are asking all of you to help as much as you can while the child is still alive.

Thank you very much for all your help! God bless you!
