Help Me Kick My Sister's Ovarian Cancer
Let me tell you a little bit about my older sister. We're sixteen months apart and grew up doing everything together. She is the bold outspoken one. Peggy is smart and giving. She's married with four adult children and grandmother to eight. Peggy was the one that was there to step-up and help our mom after dad died suddenly. Then a couple years later when mom's health deteriorated she was there caring and making decisions on her behalf until mom passed away. I love Peggy a lot.
I want to help my sister by raising money to help offset living and medical expenses. Without health insurance the bills will pile up quickly. Please help me by giving whatever you can afford so we can help Peggy kick ovarian cancer's butt!
P.S. Ladies, please take your health seriously. The signs and symptoms for ovarian cancer are vague at best and many times thought to be something else. Check out Mayo Clinic's health information for symptoms and more.
Gals, when was your last check-up? Please, please don't wait or put it off--get in there!! And don't ignore symptoms ... please!
Preceded in death by her parents Jacob and Lorraine Kendall. Peggy is survived her loving husband Dick Paulson, her adoring children, Candice (Toby) Eshelman, Sandra (Nick) Albu, Scott Paulson and Kevin Paulson. Peggy leaves behind her loving sisters, Pamela Court and Barbara Schroeder, sisters-in-law Sue Bouraoui, Patricia Uhrmann, brothers-in-law Geoff Court, Jeff Schroeder and Jim Paulson. Dearest grandmother of Taylor, Jack, Madelyn, Brooke, Audrey, Nate, Arden and Kaylee.
She will be deeply missed by all of them as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A celebration of life and memorial gathering is planned for Friday, September 16, 2016 see family's Facebook post for details.
It is time to pray. Peggy's health is deteriorating rather quickly.
Thank you for the support you have given through your prayers and financial gifts. Wish I could hug each and every one of you!
Can you believe it is going on two years since Peggy’s battle with ovarian cancer started? And it has been a quite a while since I posted an update about what is going on with her health. Bottom line … the battle is not over. The cancer has metastasized to her liver and she is still in chemo. Her current chemo treatment is two weeks on and two weeks off. Chemo leaves you feeling awful. Can’t imagine fighting that long with little relief between treatments. Where does she gets the strength? Peggy is amazing.
I’m looking for some help to encourage Peggy. Peggy’s birthday is July 20 and I would love to send her a nice financial gift and some notes of encouragement. Can I count you in?
As always, y’all ROCK!!
She will be missed! I only knew Peggy from a few visits to IL with Pam, however, I just LOVED Peggy. She was such an amazing woman from what I can tell from the little time I was able to sit and chat with her. Peggy, you will be missed dearly and I know her love and boldness will live on in her family and friends forever. I am praying for you all, for comfort and strength. With Deepest Sympathy, Mindi Zerwas
I wish I had some words to ease the pain, but only time can do that. I hope & pray all her loved one's will remember all the good times. May God Bless and give strength to all those who are suffering from the loss of Peggy. ❤️
My prayers are with you! (((((Hugs))))) and comfort to you and the family!
My sister was diagnosed with ovarian cancer not long ago. I am working on her site and will have it up soon. I hope Peggy beats her cancer, check this site it has lots of info that you should see http://www.alkalizeforhealth.net/salivaphtest.htm Stay Strong and God Bless You!
Mark 5:34 And He said to her, " Daughter your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction." Peggy, the spirit lead me to this scripture in Mark. Actually starting at 5:21 to the end of the chapter. Everything with God is about "Faith"... from our salvation to healing of the sick! It takes and is activated by "Faith". My wife Debbie and I are praying for a healing in your body and for God to give you and your loved ones strength, wisdom and peace as you continue to battle and especially a heavy dose of Faith. The same faith that healed the women in Mark 5:34. God's sweet love and provisions to you and your family! God Bless!!!
I can't thank you all enough for donating to help my mom beat this. It's been a rough 3 months and this help from all of you is a ray of sunshine to our family. Every little but helps and a weight will be lifted off her shoulders. Thank you, Auntie Pammy, for being such a great sister with all you're going through yourself. Love you xoxo
