Fence For Hurricane Irma Foster Dogs

I'm Kyle Dunn and this or next weekend ill be driving a van(on behalf of because you care) down to Florida to bring home some dogs that were stranded by hurricane Irma so we can find them foster and forever homes. I myself will be fostering as many as I can handle but one big obstacle is my yard not being fenced in. Its a requirement for fostering to have a fence or a line for them to go outside and though I can install a run line, for my purposes a fence would go much further and provide much more exercise for the dogs. The thousand I'm asking for covers the cost of the materials for the fence, I and some volunteers will perform the labor of assembling it at no cost.
