For those of you who haven’t heard, I am doing a fellowship/mission trip in Africa for the month of August. First off, I would like to thank my cousin Teala Groski for introducing me to this program and helping me get set up. I’m not one to ask for help, and I was a bit hesitant on having my dad set up a fundraiser. The interest and responses have been incredibly humbling, to say the least. I am beyond blessed to have so many people willing to help me pursue something I am passionate about. If you know anything about me, you know that my life revolves around teaching and traveling. To be presented with the opportunity to connect my passions is indescribable. The mission of this trip is to provide tools and professional development for teachers in limited resource areas. Truthfully, I can’t wait to see what the teachers and students teach me in return.
For those of you that would still like to support me in my journey, but are unable to attend the fundraiser, I have set up a “go fund me” link. Just a reminder that although it is a motorcycle ride, all vehicles are welcome. Thanks in advance for all the kind words and encouragements!
