Miss Kenya USA Pageant

My name is Cyndee Mulinge; I’m a graduate student from Central Washington University with a Bachelor’s in Social Service and Psychology. I have been chosen from many qualified applicants throughout the United States to represent Seattle, at the Miss Kenya USA national pageant. Born and raised in Kenya, I’ve come to love and appreciate the African culture. I brought that culture to America and became an assistant to African Print Takeover that brings the African culture to Seattle through art in fashion shows.

My platform is charitable giving through Reach A Life Foundation.  As a member of Reach A Life Foundation (RALF), I've witnessed the joy our transformative work has brought in the lives of the less fortunate with a specific focus on orphans and street kids. This organization adopts a children's home yearly to support with taking care of the kids. We help provide food, clothing, renovate their place of living and pay tuition fees for some of the kids. We carry out planned street feeding programs in partnership with Joy Divine Children's Home in the Nairobi Slums.My goal is to use my title as Miss Kenya USA 2019 to inspire my community, to further my education to aid R.A.L.F in expanding their reach to even more children homes in need.
