I need back surgery and need some help

Hi my name is brandon Sherman and I’m 23 and I’m not one to be doing this sort of thing.
but I recently just bought a house and I just got news that I have a ruptured disk on my L5 S1 and I have been in and out of work for pain and going to doctors and it’s been a little much. I’m not asking for much but anything could really help in the situation I am in. My doctor resently told me that I need surgery on my spine to fix my problem with my back. My insurance company will not cover me for the full surgery or saying in the hospital to recover. And I will be out of work for at least 3 to 4 weeks after the surgery.  So I’m asking for any kind of help! Thank you guys ❤️
