Looking to donate to a good cause? Consider supporting the immediate needs and future goals of families and schools in Guinea, Conakry!
On May 10th, 2017, we started a project called ‘Lend A Hand’. Our goal is to collect all forms of toiletries and school supplies that will be sent directly to West Africa, specifically to the country of Conakry, Guinea. All supplies will be sent as charity and we will distribute these among primary schools and families, and orphans’ children.
Guinea is one of the poorest country in the world, with approximately 55% of the population living below the poverty line. Guineans are in need of school supplies and toiletries, especially infants and women I.E (hygiene and sanitation products for women). We want children to have the opportunity to attend school and excel. A great availabilities of hygiene products and toiletries would aid in reducing the number of illnesses and improving the health of the population.
