We are Shelly Craig and Morgan Patterson mom and daughter . Morgan works with Le (mom of Layna)They are our friends and we understand their heartache and hardship .We would like to raise money to help them get through this horrible time.
Layna Pollard age 12 passed away on Wednesday January 31st from the flu.
She was Le and Stans only child !
Within 48 hours of her first flu symptom she was gone .
Layna had a zest for life. She loved to dance,write poetry,read and make movies with her dad Stan.
She enjoyed camping ,fishing and all of Nature
She was a social girl who loved talking to her friends and was honoured to be a best buddy to another student at her school Westminster Woods Public School.
Understandably during this time her parents are facing both emotional and financial hardship
Her mom Le is a current employee of Zehrs
Her dad Stan is on disability suffering from fibromyalgia
Money raised would go to funeral costs lost wages and their well being
