Biological Father Paternity Test

Hello. My name is Rebekah. I am looking for my biological father. My mother bought a car from him around November of 1992 at the Nissan dealership off peach orchard Rd. I was born August of 1993. She doesn’t remember anything about him. His name. What he looked like. She just knows he was a salesman that sold her a truck in 1992. I think I may have a lead and now I need the money for a paternity test.
