Stroke, Heart Failure And Head Clot

Good evening friends, family and supporters of my brother Jeremy Crosby also known by Jae Cee. On Feb 07, 2018 he collapsed in my living room after breakfast. He was walking out the door to help my dad change out shocks on the truck. We weren’t sure what was happening to him as he wasn’t speaking to us but somewhat conscious. We called an ambulance and he was immediately taken to Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Az. There he was taken to get a cat-scan two to be exact. The results shocked us and broke our hearts. The dr told us he had a massive stroke, heart failure and also a blood clot in his left brain. My parents are so heartbroken along with me and my brothers as he was fine this morning and now we dnt know what will happen next. My parents were only in town to visit and now it seems they will be here longer. For those of u that know my brother he’s a sweet genuine guy. Very friendly and always puts others before him. We are kindly asking for any donations big or small to help him out when he recovers. We are hoping for a successful recovery. Please keep us in your prayers.
