Saving Oscar

My baby Oscar is only 11 months old and ever since I got him from an old friend he has had a heart murmur. They always said it was nothing to worry about but now it has become exactly that. He has trouble breathing and there is a 90% chance he is suffering from heart disease causing liquid to fill his chest and lungs. This money would be raised to pay for his vet visits to see a cardiologist and to pay for medications and treatments to find exactly what needs to be done. It’s a shame to see him struggling this early in life especially when he really is such an intelligent little kitty. Even just to have a little over two tests done and start treatment it would cost me 1,400, and that is just to figure out what exactly is causing this liquid blocking his breathing. Being a high schooler working retail as many hours I can obviously this is very hard for me to afford. I’m on my own trying to pay for him and he really is my world
