Our friend and brother in arms Brett Miller was assaulted during a formal military ceremony. After being struck in the face he defended himself and for that, spent the night in jail.
After all of this the assailant had the nerve to press charges.
Bail and the legal fees is by no means a small sum. What was supposed to be a night to remember with friends, family and tradition became a huge financial burden on the Miller family.
