For A Amazing Father And Husband

My father name is Arturo Ponce De Leon, we currently recite in the city of Bakersfield, California. My father has been really sick for the past 2 years but up into 4 months ago he was diagnosed with Chronic Heart Failure and his heart is working at less than 20%. To make the matters worse he was also diagnosed with kidney failure and has received dialysis on a regular basis. My father has not been home in almost 2 months. Up into yesterday he was as good as he could be in his sick state. At 3:30 pm on that same day one of my worst fears became true, my dad went into Cardiac Arrest meaning his heart stopped. The great nurses and staff at San Joaquin Community hospital were able to revive him but in the process he was hurt due to the CPR and Defibrillators. As of right now, he has regained consciousness but the doctor says another Heart Attack or Cardiac Arrest can happen at any moment and that his days are numbered. The doctor also said that even they drained the fluids in his lungs and stomach, it will probably return in possible 3 days max. The doctors and staff have also said that we should be ready to let him go and make him comfortable even though its really hard to let go a great man who loved to talk to anyone he would see and loved socializing. He was always very optimistic even into this moments. My dad also had a big love for music as well. Although we dread the worse it seems its coming soon, everyday, he seems to get worse and worse.
