Help fund my dad's funeral

I am desperately trying to raise any money towards my dad's funeral.
On Sunday 20th November I found my dad outside my door. He had had a stroke/bleed on the brain. He was taken to EDGH and stayed in the stroke unit where he was kept stable, though struggling a lot, until he passed away from pneumonia at 3am on Sunday 27th November.
My mum is blind and retired so has little money, my sisters have kids so have no money spare and I only work part-time due to my mental health and use what money I make to pay off some debts.
My dad's pension isn't much and won't come in a lump sum so we really are stuck! I'm trying to "cut corners" where I can e.g. Asking people to bring cakes, begging my mum's local church for use of their hall, but we still have the funeral directors, gravestone and many other costs to consider.
Literally any help would be hugely appreciated.
