The Lord’s Music     First off, let me explain a little about myself. My name is Timothy Mitchell from Burlington IA. I have been involved in playing drums and guitar off and on since 2006. From 2005-2008, my family and I lived in Gulfport IL. Unfortunately, we were affected by the 2008 flood from the Mississippi River. With little warning the authorities told us we had three days to get all our stuff moved. We got half the house packed and moved then was on our way back. They said we couldn't pass because the levy was about to break. That next morning it’s all over the news.Come to find out, the levy broke early that morning.as we are getting pictures from neighbors with boats taking pictures of the horrific sight. My family and I devastated at what we saw. Our house is almost completely under water. All you could see was the peak of the roof. Everything left completely destroyed. from that day until now, we have worked hard to replace everything we could. There was a lot of help from fema and the locals. But, sadly my drumset, equipment all the way to my sticks were left behind. As days go on, I’m now a single father of a 6 year old boy now. So, money has gotten way tighter than ever before. It seems everytime i get close enough to buy back my drumkit and pursue my dream of being a christian song writer and developer, something always happens. So i stepped back and pray day in and day out till I got an answer. A vision, of me being led to create this support page. I seen more than just me being helped  and growing a fan/friend base beyond my imagination. But, as I was helped, I seen me pulling a lot of people from the shell and helping them achieve their goals as well as mine. Right around my half way marker of me reaching my goals i wanna start giving back to you. as in maybe a gift card or a fellow parent is struggling as i am and want to get their kid a beginners drum kit? What do you think? As i grow the main thing i want to do is give back to not only the ones who helped me but, to the ones that needs help!                      GOALS I want to be the one that give back to you. I don't want to just receive donations. Maybe you have a channel and want it out there? I’ll help you share it and get you subscribers as best as I can. Say you need a fill in on the drums for your track. You could be an artist that needs broken out of your shell? My main goal besides getting the equipment needed, is to grow and bond with everyone that takes the time to read this. Are you more experienced in mixing and breaking tracks down? Let's talk music. I’m always ready to learn more. I want this page to be more of a support page. As we help each other rise, putting God first, who can be against us?
