Please help me finish my project!!

Hi my name is Shana and some of you are probably wondering "Why should I help her finish HER project?" Well I hope once you hear about my project, I might have answered that question for you. First I would like to ask you all a few questions.........
1. Have you ever or are you using Ebay,Craigslist and Facebook to sell, buy and advertise?
2. Do you dislike all the fee that Ebay has and how Facebook charges you every day to advertise?
3. Do you dislike all the scammers on craigslist?
If you have said yes to any of these questions, please keep reading for I have come up with a solution to all them.
I have come come up with a new buy/sell/advertise website. Ihave worked very hard to find what people like and dislike for a site like this. We would still have a memebership fee and selling fee for sellers and advertisers ONLY. They will come in1,3,6,and 12 month memberships. It will be a SMALL one time fee for which ever membership you pick and a small selling fee on each item you sell. Advertisers would have the one time membership fee like a seller would and would have a option to make it high lighted for another small fee. Buyers have no fee other then shipping from the seller. Simple and easy! The way it should be!
We we will use multiple way to verify your information when signing up to make sure no scammers enter our site. If any do, they will be deletes and block from the site as soon as we are notified that there is one. Scammers can ruin our experince on a site very quickly, and some of all know how frustrating it can be. We want to make your experience the best it can be. Every memeber will have a rating system and a review area on their information page.I can not give all my serects away yet as I don't want my ideas to become someone else's.
Okay, So now that yo heard what it is kinda about, you may be asking why I need your help? I am at the point of my project that all the research, design work, brain storming, and some legal work that I can do on my own is done. I need your help to hire a lawyer to finish all the legal work. And there is a lot of it! I also need to hire a web designer and writer to write and help my design come to like. I have talked goatee designers and once I can get the funds to actually have them start the site it can take as less as 2-3 weeks to become live!
I am so excited about this project then another one I have done. I want to help people have a hassle free/cheap way to sell/buy/ and advertise on the internet. Please ask any questions as I want you to know I am for real and you are comfortable with wanting to help.
