"Landlord" Issues

Donation protected
So yet again finding ourselves in an overly stressful living situation. Renting from people who wanted to give being landlords a try and turned into slumlords. They had us move in to help us out and it helped them with their bills so it started out as a win win....then after a couple months they started bringing in animal after animal and kept buying vehicles that the ended up having to sell after months of them basically being ugly yard ornaments. The house has been infested with fleas for a few months now to where it has been effecting my health cause I'm basically being eaten alive and now recently it's gotten to where they're biting the kids. They dont clean up after the animals or themselves. Since the 12th of April we have had no water in the house and have had to drive to and from here and Brian's parents place to use the bathroom, shower, bathe the kids and cook if possible. Been having to eat out way more than we would like to. Also been spending a lot of time and money at the laundromat. Up until a couple days ago the yard has been cluttered with trash (we dont get trash pick up here) cause they won't do dump runs cause they spend their money on other crap. Because of what's going on we withheld rent for this month cause we had to use it for extra expenses that should never have happened and because of that they said they were gonna give us a 30 day notice giving us til June 1st to be out. Herein lies the help.... I just started working a couple weeks ago full time. Out here...since I just started working and have already gone through what would have been this months rent and my first check this month, we dont have the funds for 1st months rent and a security deposit. Seeing as how it's me, Brian and the 3 kids I've been told that legally we need to rent a 2 bedroom at the smallest. Cheapest ones I'm able to find are around $1200 a month with a $1100 security deposit. If we could get enough for that the we can handle the following months. I mean I only get a about $1400 a month at work but i can make that work. Wont be easy at all but possible. Anyone who knows me knows that i really dont like asking for help, handouts or whatever you want to call it. We have 3 kids involved though. I'm praying to God that this will be the last time that we will have to move and it will be into our own place this time. Renting from an actual landlord and not from people trying to play one. Oh and to top it all off.... they told Brian a few days ago ago on the 10th that the water has been back on since the 1st.... their excuse for not telling us was that they wanted to tell us in person. They let us keep repeatedly freak out and worry about how we were going to bathe the kids, wash bottles, do laundry, cook, go to the bathroom, and make sure our hands were clean enough to tend to faith. The could have called, texted of Facebook messages but no. Hell if we could afford it I'd get us a room at a local best western til we can move somewhere but even with my discount that's like at least $50 per night. Can't stand this God forsaken house! :( it has become toxic And to top it all off most places require you to make 2.5 times the rent and I dont. I make just enough to pay rent...starting to wish we could just get a loan to buy a mobile home or something but nope can't do that either :(
