Kirra's EP Recording Fund

My name is Kirra voller I'm a singer/songwriter originally from Adelaide but I moved to Alice springs when I was 11 and this is home. I'm a proud Wirangu/kokatha/Ngarrindjeri woman I'm 23 years old and I'm on a mission to finally record my songs, these songs are songs I've written over the years growing up being a young single mother and the struggles life has thrown at me and how I've dealt with them! My aim through my music is to help people find peace even for just a moment, I want people to find hope in my music and my voice that they can keep going regardless what life throws at them!I've been working for the passed I guess 7 years on myself as an artist but my main focus over those years has been giving back by means of mentoring and supporting music projects like the Desert divas and Sista sounds programs run by MusicNT throughout the NT, I've been so busy doing this and raising my little family and supporting my brothers release from prison that my singing voice has been put on hold for sometime and my voice has been dedicated to a bigger cause and fighting for justice, while I want to continue to be an advocate for my people I need to make time for myself and the things I once loved doing for myself wich is my music and singing and songwriting, I've been given a quote from an amazing producer in Melbourne and I'm set on heading there to record my EP asap!Please help in making this dream come true all I really want is to share my music with you all and be able to move on to write and create more beautiful songs !
