Paramedic Jasmin Scott needs HELP!

Jasmine Scott, one of our sisters, is in need of some assistance for her sweet, loving daughters.
As many of her FDNY family know, one of her twin 4 year olds has a serious medical condition. Charlie started having serious, continuous seizures starting at 6 months of age. Fortunately, her sister, Brooklyn, has been spared the seizures, but she and Jasmine have traveled this long road right at her side !!
In 2012, Jasmine, raising these girls as a single parent, had no choice but to take a leave of absence as Charlie would be hospitalized for months at a time. She and Brooklyn stayed by Charlie's side !!
Jasmine took great care of the girls despite the financial struggle, and the fierce, loving bond of these twins is a reflection of their mom's hard work.
Finally, Charlie was diagnosed with a severe type of seizures (Doose syndrome) which can leave her having 6 separate types of seizure when medication isn't working, and no regime controls them well.
Finally, in 2014, Charlie had a degree of control which allowed Jas to return to work. Jasmine has been challenged with periods that Charlie is hospitalized again, and she and Brooklyn stay with Charlie as much as possible.
Now, summer is coming, and while Jas and the girls won't miss the snow.... The warmth brings a threat to Charlie ! She can NOT be out in the warm weather for more than a few minutes without risking another seizure !
We would like to raise enough money for Charlie to get a cooling vest (and 2 sets of cooling packs for it) so she can play outside like other 4 yr olds ! Additionally, she really needs a protective helmet for when she does have a seizure. And the last item that these precious girls really could use, a small pool (2-3 ft deep) to accomplish a few things: Charlie could exercise her legs and not be in danger; Brooklyn, who has never complained about spending time in the hospital, would be able to play with her sister in a normal setting and BOTH girls could play like all their friends !!
Even in the hospital, you can see Charlie ' s sweetness in her smile !
