Megan's Class Trip

At the end of July I was taken by ambulance and diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism. After three days in the hospital I was sent home and told to rest. I had applied in June for a job and was supposed to August 21st. I couldn't let my daughter down, she was depending on me to pay for once in a lifetime experience to go on her 8th grade class trip to Italy. Despite my doctors telling me not to work, I went anyways, but by the second day I was having trouble breathing and had severe pain in my upper back. I resigned and was heartbroken I let her down. As a single mom, I would do anything to give her this experience. We are currently living with family and they are taking of us while I recover. Megans class trip is in March and I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for helping in away possible.
