Hello Friend's of the Neu's! As many of your know, on Tuesday, October 23rd, the Neu’s were met with a shocking accident while they were vacationing in Utah.
Mike was enjoying one of his passions, mountain biking, when he crashed in the Canyonlands back country and broke his neck.
Because of wonderful first responders and fellow bikers, he was airlifted to St. Mary’s hospital in Grand Junction, CO. A successful spine fusion of the C6 and C7 vertebrae, has made recovery a clear vision for our future.
Mike has since been transferred to the wonderful Craig Hospital in Denver, CO for daily intensive therapy. This will be a marathon for Mike, Nicole and the kids.
Many have asked what they can do to help...with their blessing, this Go Fund Me has been established to help cover the many costs associated with not only Mike's ongoing medical needs, but also Nicole's and the kid's travel back and forth to be with him. The ongoing costs will not stop there. Once Mike is back home, there may need to be modifications to their home, vehicles, etc... any amount is a wonderful gift to them.
