LAKERS TAKE PEI!!

After battling it out all summer, playing in 5 tournaments across Ontario and achieving 2 gold medals and 3 silvers which included a Gold at the Provincial Qualifiers and a Silver at the Provincial Grand Championships, the Kawartha Lakers Bantam Girls Fastpitch team has clinched a spot in the Eastern Finals in PEI! The girls will be travelling down east for August 24-28, 2017 to represent our province. This will be a costly trip for the team with travel and accommodations over the 5 day tournament. Our goal is to raise enough money to rent a coach bus for the trip and help with the cost of accommodations. The cost of the bus and hotels will be over $10,000 and we only have a week and a half to raise it. Please help us reach our goal to give these amazing athletes the trip they deserve for working so hard all summer to get the chance to represent Ontario. Any amount would be greatly appreciated! I am the team manager and treasurer so the funds will be deposited directly into the team account so that they can cover the cost of the bus which came to a total of $10, 452.50 after tax.
